Since 2006, Khoo Hsu Chuang and his team of experienced co-trainers and partners have delivered bespoke spokespersons- and crisis communications training sessions that help prepare senior corporate executives to handle challenging media interactions on TV, radio, print, newswire formats, both expected and unexpected.
The objective is to develop highly effective spokespeople that communicate insightful, substantive and defensible key messages that are editorially sound under a variety of pressure-filled situations individually and in a group to advance corporate objectives.
